Place
When Sun Wukong of the literary masterpiece ‘Journey to the West’ was
challenged by Buddha to leave his gigantic palm, the Monkey King didn’t
hesitate to jump from Buddha’s hand – to get out of that place. Little
did he know that even though he can leap 108,000 miles in a leap, everything in
the world was ‘in Buddha’s hands’. In its own way, this is comparable to
FingerTec’s place in the time attendance and access control industry.
You might travel 108,000 miles away from our humble headquarters in Selangor,
Malaysia, but you’ll still see our name almost anywhere locally,

Closing Thoughts
With the advancements of technology and globalization, an actual
physical ‘place’ is becoming less and less relevant in today’s marketing and
business world. However, not all business models are meant to follow the
‘office-less’ concept that some stores are employing today. FingerTec prides
itself in its combination of both physical and Web placements, and looks
forward to building on its current network. We may not do things Gangnam-style
but we will continue to grow and (hopefully) be bigger than Psy, while
doing things our way.
