When a Cloud-y Vision is Awesome!

A recent Facebook status update from a friend shocked me. Her phone was stolen! It was not the phone that matters; it’s what inside the phone that was immaterial. Apparently, she had lost all her contacts, her family pictures and videos for she had forgotten to back them up. Crying buckets and getting a good smack on the head will not bring those files back.

Being a first-time mother myself, I can definitely relate to how she felt about the situation. Some might view it as overdramatic, but losing something valuable that you couldn’t reproduce is just too depressing to bear. From that day onwards, I vow to back up all my files on iCloud in my effort to NOT lose any of the memories of my daughter’s growing up. For USD10 per year, I didn’t have any hesitation at all to subscribe to iCloud.

The time for Cloud is NOW! Almost everybody that breathes and lives digital world (and the number is growing as children as little as my awesome daughter knows how to snap her own pictures with my phone) wants some space in the Internet. Photos, music, videos, work, applications, you name it. The good news is, Cloud system makes it possible to keep our digital files safe.

Because of my obsession in Cloud, it’s obvious that the management puts me in charge of the TimeTec Cloud that we are going to release around the corner. FingerTec TimeTec Cloud basically is the time attendance system made available online worldwide. Capture attendance data and transfer those data to Cloud, then check and analyze what you need online. It’s as simple as that.

The existence of Cloud services has created a revolution for business owners to tap on various softwares and services on the basis of ‘as and when’. The rule is to be paying for what you use on a monthly basis, like a utility service.

Here are my top 5 reasons why TimeTec Cloud can help your business.

Pay per use. With TimeTec Cloud, you only pay for what you use on a monthly basis. You could use the software for a few months or a few years, as you like and add more user licenses as your company grows. No hefty initial investment, calculated risk and better ROI.  Basically, you steer the business the way you envision it to be.

Automatic Updates.  For some, software updates are a pain in the neck! With TimeTec Cloud, you’ll get the latest updates at all time.  This is one of the perks of using Cloud based software. Any upgrades will automatically be reflected the next time you use the software.

Remote Access. If you have an Internet connection, you can get access to your attendance and your staff’s attendance via TimeTec Cloud. Indirectly, all involved will be on their toes knowing that the information is available to the management every time.  Online and mobile attendance’s verification is also made possible with this amazing TimeTec Cloud. With all the complexity of life, this attendance matter should be made super easy, imho.

Reliable System. One thing that cloud system shouldn’t do is to put a dark cloud over your head. FingerTec TimeTec Cloud runs on Amazon EC2, which offers a highly reliable environment. With this established name in cloud backend system, data is backed up regularly and the Amazon CloudWatch monitors the infrastructure live and continuously. And that spells Safety, in capital letters, doesn’t it?

Eased Resource Management. Please let us do the work for you. Leave the IT maintenance to our experts and you can focus on what you do best - running your business and enjoying your awesome life.

You see, my obsession on Cloud is not unfounded, now I know all the photos of my cute daughter are always available as and when I need them.  Wouldn’t it be nice to know that all your work is available online, available as and when you need to use them.

Now I have a suggestion. Let’s come, look and see what TimeTec Cloud is all about. Get your free trial of TimeTec Cloud here and let us know your opinion.
