Sounds like a mouthful and you may be a little confused as to what it does, but it's actually really simple and immensely helpful. The Add Break Rule works for someone who has a set schedule as far as breaks, whether it's lunch breaks, smoke breaks, or otherwise. Any time there is a break where someone needs to clock out, they won't have to worry and neither will you. The feature will automatically clock them out for breaks and add in the information in the end day's shift report.

This makes things easier for them because they don't have to worry about clocking out, they can save that precious time and go right off and break, enjoy their meal for lunch to the fullest. It helps you because it keeps things consistent, especially if they forget to clock out for breaks, which in human error, happens a lot.
