Payment Made Fairer With Employee Clock In

When I first showed up at a job with employee clock in software I was a little nervous. I assumed this might be a way the company could take advantage of me and somehow whittle down the amount of hours I could do in a given week. What I soon realized was that all of the companies who did not have clock in software, places where I was salaried or paid a flat day rate, had been taking me to the cleaners for years. Now with the biometric time clocks being utilized both my employer and myself, I had a very clear idea of the amount of hours I had worked. It was offering something I had not had in other jobs: transparency.

As a result my finances make a lot more sense these days. Gone are those weeks where I would wonder how much I was paid. Had I agreed to work a half day but ended up staying for nearly eight hours? Was I working a sixteen hour day doomed to make the same amount as an eight hour affair? These were legitimate concerns in previous employment situations. Now thanks to this clock in technology I was getting paid correctly and I only had to trust my own finger prints.

  1. I was always in a great trouble when I fired my house maid because she was not so good at household work. Then I decided to visit employment agency singapore because from that place one of my friends hired housemaid and my friend praised her maid a lot. After hearing from him I become so greedy to hire those maids.
